To book a room at the Hershey Lodge, please call the Hershey Lodge Reservation Office at 855-729-3108 (toll free number). Make sure to mention that you are with the group - Penn Ace Annual Conference from 5/21/24 to 5/23/24. This will ensure that you are offered the group rate and that your room will be located within the room block (based on availability). If inventory runs low, the group rate may no longer be guaranteed. The Hershey Lodge reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM - 8 PM to assist you.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation occurring less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax to the individual's account.
